Cards from scraps....

Don't you just love it when you can use up some scraps from your ever growing scrap box. I seem to always have a box full of scraps and then I forget to use them. Today I decided every project was going to be from the scrap box. I even found a little piece of ribbon to use up.

I used Artful Legacy stamps. I used Coffee Cup and The Best Things in life are Caffeinated on the first card....and the SC Palm tree and moon on the second. I hope you enjoy these cards and are inspired to use something out of your scrap box. If you have not stopped by the Artful Legacy Blog please do...there are some great ideas every week from a group of talented ladies.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend.

Coffee and Cardstock...

Love this stamp from Papertrey ink. So cute and so perfect for all my stampin and scrappin buddies. I needed a card to send to a friend and I thought that stamp was just what I needed !

The little flower on this card is from the Cricut Cartridge Sweet Treats.

Thanks for stopping by...and leave me a note if you have any questions...or comments.

Have a great Monday!

Happy Campers!

Good morning all...had a great weekend with family. Greg and I took the grand kids to Myrtle Beach State park for a little camping trip. Had a great time...but I am exhausted this morning. Who knew that 3 little bodies could wear a grandma out so quickly!

Sure had fun though. Had to share a couple of my favorite pictures of the weekend with everyone.

Enjoy!

enjoy life....

good morning...glad to be home from my trip to Indiana. I love going back "home" but it is always good to be back at the beach. I had a wonderful trip and it was a happy occasion as we all celebrated my Sister-in-law's retirement from the high school. It was a fun time and great to see everyone.

I did this little card using the Artful Legacy stamp...coffee cup. I love this stamp. Great to use for all occasions. If you have a coffee drinker...or tea...it is so fun to use this stamp to send them a little card. Great for all those Starbucks addicts!

I used a vintage looking kitchen paper...for the back ground.

Thanks for stopping by...leave me a note if you have any comments or questions.

Have a great day!

Wedding Day Survival Kit

Hey all...well I have been busy today. I wanted to do a little something to add to a bridal shower gift, so I did a wedding day survival kit. I have done these before and they are fun to make and give. My dear friend Susan's beautiful daughter Kate is getting married in August...so I wanted to get this to her for her shower. I don't have it filled yet...but I will fill it with all those little things you need on your very special day.

I just covered a little lunch pail with printed paper and used all different stamps and some cute wedding stickers I had on hand. I added some ribbon and that was it.

Can't wait to give it to her....

Thanks for stopping by.

Beach Sweet Beach

Hello all...I hope all of you had a wonderful Mother's Day. I had a wonderful day/weekend. My kids all out did themselves and bought me a shiny new pink Schwinn!! I was so excited. I have road tested it and she is a beauty. Thank you to my beautiful children and spouses....and of course my adorable grandchildren. They really are the best!

I did a card for Artful Legacy and used some of my very favorite stamps. I love, love, love their beach stamps. The detail is beautiful and they really do look like where I live!

This card was so easy peasy....and is a great card for any occasion. I used the sign post ( my absolute fav stamp), the beach chair, sea grass, and on the inside I used the Life's good stamp.

The Beach Sweet Beach I did on the computer and printed it on cream card stock.

Thanks for stopping by....come by again...I will be posting a class I am doing tomorrow.

Have a great day and a blessed week!
