covered note pads...

It's Wednesday already...this week is flying by. It's time once again for our Artful Legacy post. This week I used the circle sayings again and the Life's good stamp. I do love both the circle saying set and the Life's good....they both are great for scrapping and card making.

For the note pads I bought Jr. legal pads and took them to the office supply store and they cut them for me. They only charged a little over a dollar to do all them for me. I used post it notes and covered some of those too.

I cut a piece of card stock 5 1/2 by 8 1/4. Score the card stock at 2 5/8 and 2 7/8. That is as easy as it gets...cover your tablet and decorate.

These are easy to make and such fun to give.

As always...thanks for stopping by and please remember to hop over to Artful Legacy and check out their blog and there online stamp store.

Have a great day...

Stumpy Carrot treat boxes

Good morning all....Happy Monday. I hope all of you had a good weekend. I was busy with lots of projects on my mind, and not getting any of them finished. I did get something done this morning though and I wanted to share them with all of you. I made these cute little carrot boxes to use on my Easter table. Now any of you that know me well, know that I would usually be trying to do these the night before Easter...but this time I am 6 days ahead! Wow...that is saying something for the queen of procrastition! I do want to send a special thanks to my friend Teri for showing these at our stamp club....and directing me to the very talented Kween Bee Kreations over at Split Coast Stampers. She has shared the template so anyone can make these little goodie boxes.

I printed the template directly onto my orange card stock and that saved me from having to trace them. I just had to cut them out and ink all the edges. I used my adhesive to stick them together.

It really is an easy project...I did 12 of them in just a couple of hours and that was decorating and stamping them. I used my Walk in my Garden Cartridge from Cricut and cut the watering can at 1 1/2 inches. I inked that too and stamped Happy Easter from the Stampin Up set A Good Egg. I did all the kids names on the computer and punched them out with the tag punch.

I filled the little boxes with some M&M's and they are ready for my Easter table. I hope you all enjoy them and thank you again for all the talented people who share their ideas on the Internet and good friends who share in person.

Have a great day and as aways thanks for stopping by.

Easter Blessings...

Happy Wednesday! I think it is finally spring in the south. The weather has gotten warmer and I have lots of fat robins in my yard. I am so ready for some warm temps and some beach time!

You all know what Wednesday's mean...a project using something from Artful Legacy.

Today I used the "Bunny picking carrots" stamp and the "Easter Blessing" stamp.

This was my first attempt using some of my new Copic markers. I do love them...but really need to practice a little more.

I hope you all have a wonderful day and stop back by....I did some scrapping this past weekend and will post pictures as soon as I get everything unpacked!

Happy Spring!

Just a note...

Good morning...I am heading north today to Indiana...visiting family and my scrapping buddies. I am so excited to see everyone. Before I go, it is Wednesday already and time for some more Artful Legacy stamps. This week I was looking through some of my older sets of AL stamps and I love the circle sayings set. It has great little sayings for all occasions.

I did 4 cards and a little matching box. I used my Cuddle bug to emboss some of the cards.

These are so simple and make such a cute little gift for someone special.

As always...thanks for stopping by and make sure and check out Artful Legacy's Bog.

Leave me a note, I love to hear from you.

Design Team...St. Patty's day card and bag

Good Morning all....it's Wednesday so that means it's time to show some beautiful Artful Legacy Stamps. On my card and little bag I used the clover cluster stamp. I love that little stamp.

I just used it to stamp a background design of little clovers. My card is 4 by 4 and the shamrock is cut from the Paper Dolls Cricut cartridge at 3 in. The little treat bag is from the Tags, Bags, Boxes Cartridge and it is cut at 6 inches.

Thanks for stopping by...
