Valentine Treats...

Hey all....I have been busy doing some little Valentine treats today.

I used the Stampin Up set called Love Bugs. That is such a sweet set

and perfect for Valentines Day or new baby....or for someone

who needs a sweet note. The card is cut from Doodlecharms and so is

the little heart on the Sweetheart boxes.

I wrapped the sweetheart candy boxes in Velum and tied them up

with ribbons.

Thank you card

Well...I am on a role today...so I thought I'd better keep going. I made this card from an 81/2 by 51/2 piece of double sided card stock. I folded the paper in half and turned down the top about an inch.I rounded all the edges. Adhere the sides...the card inside is 41/4 by 4 inches. The die cut is from Stampin Up. I love this die....just got it and already I am using it all the time. The Simply Thanks stamp...also Stampin Up.

spring favors

I have been so excited to try out the new die cuts I got from Stampin Up.

I finally put them to use this morning. I used the Fancy Favor die and the Bitty Box die and made the cutest little favor boxes. The stamps were from Stampin Up too. The thank you and tiny flower are from short & sweet...and the cute little bug on the bitty box is from the love bug set. Cute, Cute, stamps. I can't wait to get busy with them.

Emily's first Marathon!

Well...my New Years Resolution was to be more faithful to my blog...you can see how that has worked out for me. I have been busy though...so I will use that as my excuse for now.

The highlight of January has been going to Disney and watching our beautiful daughter run her first marathon. 26.2 miles thru all the Disney parks. What a day and what a finish. We were so proud of her. It took her just a few minutes over 5 hours to finish, but she finished and she has recovered great. After a visit with Grandma in Florida we headed back home to the beach. Did I mention it was 26 degrees the day she ran. What is up with that crazy Florida weather?

I am back now and ready to do a few crafty things...I will hopefully do better about posting than I did last year!
