More Sassy Cheryl cards....

Well...before I leave the country tomorrow...I wanted to post these 3 cards I worked on this week. I just love all of these Sassy Cheryl images and as always they were so fun to color and make cards with.

I colored all of them with my Copics...fun...fun...fun.

I am still trying to decide if I am packing my Copics to take with me. Undecided as of now.

Please enjoy and I will be back in a week...hopefully tanned and rested. Costa Rica with my sweetie....and I can't wait!

See you all later and have a blessed week
Hugs...

Pals Paper Arts 77 Sketch Challenge.

So...this is the first time I have posted to the Pals Paper Challenge. What a great sketch to get some inspiration from. Loved it!
I used all Stampin Up paper...except the scraps I used for the flower. The paper is all from the Love Letter Pack. I can't get enough of this paper pack. The stamp is from Valentine Defined from SU. Heart boarder punch is a Martha Stewart and the Flower is a Sizzix die called tattered florals.

Inside sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes from SU.

Thanks for stoppin by and check out Pals Paper Arts. They have some fun sketches for cards and scrapbook layouts.

Happy Sunday!

Homework...

inside of the tin

Back side...

So...our fearless leader at Stamp Club gave us these cute tins for Christmas. Of course she gave us an assignment as well for our next Stamp Club. We were supposed to decorate the tin and bring it for show and tell. Well...I can tell you this is the earliest I ever got homework done. This tin was so fun to do and so quick and easy.
I used all Stampin Up paper...from the Love Letters Pack...love that paper! The Stampin Up stamp is from the hostess set Apple Blossoms.

Thanks for stopping by and come see me again. I am spending the day in the scrap room doing a little crafting and hoping my Bears can beat the Packers today.

Enjoy your Sunday,

Betty

2 sweet....

Yes...she is adorable!

I have been hooked on the whole blue and brown thing lately. I need to move on...but I couldn't do that till I did Kinsley's birthday pages. She was so excited that day and these pictures of her blue cupcakes were just too cute to pass up.

Daddy helped her get the hang of the "blowing" part of the celebration...but once she got it, she was on her own. It was a wonderful family celebration that Kinner's mama and daddy threw for her.

I used the Cherry Limeade Cartridge for the font and the Sweet Treats Cartridge to make the cupcake. She is sooo stinkin cute...and yes I am a very proud Grandma!

Have a great weekend and do something crafty. It is the best way to spend a winter weekend!

Blessings....

The magic of winter

I did a quick one page layout of my grand daughter making a snow angel....snow angels are not easy to come by when you live at the beach. Sydney loves the snow and when she figured out she was not going to get a snowman out of the this little bit of snow...she decided she would do snow angels.

I used some large chip board snowflakes and cut them in half to make them fit on the page. The magic of winter came from the Winter Woodlands Cricut Cartridge.

Thanks for stopping by and stop back.

Hugs to all...

Color me challenge

I colored these a couple of days ago and almost forgot to enter them...A mind is a terrible thing to lose! These two sweet images are from Sassy Cheryl. They are about the sweetest little Valentines.
I colored these with my Copics...which I am still in the learning stages with these fabulous markers.
Thanks for stopping by and make sure and check out Sassy Cheryl's.

Christmas Eve layout

Hey all...hope you are enjoying this Monday. We have a rainy day in SC...but at least it is not ice this week.
I did this layout of Christmas Eve today. I used several punches and Memory Makers Paper....except for the black check and it was a scrap of Graphic 45. All the stamps were Stampin Up. I have got to start putting more than 2 pictures on a layout...or I am not going to see the pile of pictures go down very fast!
I hope you enjoy...please comment if you have any questions or just want to drop me a note. I love hearing from you.

Have a blessed day and come back soon.

Sew what's new?

Good morning. My scrap day yesterday was fun. Didn't get a lot done except...did get all my pictures organized. I did do a couple of cards. I have to admit that I am obsessed with all the stamps out there that has to do with sewing. It brings back wonderful memories of my childhood.

My Mom used to sew all the time and make all my clothes when I was young. She has been gone for many years...but anytime I see a pattern...cards of buttons...seam binding...it all brings back those sweet memories.
When I saw the Stampin Up set Sew Suite and Pattern Pieces I knew I had to have them. The sentiment came from Hero Arts. Paper is from Cosmo Cricket...material girl mini deck. Stick pins are from Maya Road.

Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!

Bundles of Warm Wishes...

So I got this stamp before the holidays and I finally took her out of the package a few days ago. Last night I did some coloring with my Copics and had so much fun trying to decide what her best color was for this cold winter day. For sure she is a "Pink" kind of girl! She is so quick to color and I had a great time doing all different sizes of cards for her. I used up some scraps from my overflowing scrap box and these are what I came up with.
This card is 5 1/2 by 4.

4 by 4...

Tiny little 3 by 3 card.

Kind of an odd size...had to do my own envelope. 4 1/2 by 4 1/2.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. I am spending the day in my scrap room. I am declaring a crop day of my very own.
Enjoy your day and stop and see me.

Undeck the Halls...

I'm back...had such a fun afternoon messing with all my new goodies. I got a stamp from two dear "Indiana" friends for Christmas and wanted to use it even though the holidays were over. When I saw this sweet little snowman I thought maybe he wasn't decorating the tree...but maybe he was undecorating it. Probably a stretch...but that is the spin I am putting on it.

I colored this little guy with my Copics and cut him out with my spellbinders. The paper comes from Paper Graphic 45 and DCWV mod retro. The stamp comes from Inki Antics.

Thank you to my sweet scrappin buddies in Indiana for the cute cute stamp! You both are priceless!

Enjoy and stop back...

Show me Thursday...

Hey all...welcome to my hot mess. My company left today and we had a wonderful visit, but the scrap room was neglected for a week or so. Ran to the airport this morning...stopped by Michael's...ran through Walmart and headed home to the scrap room. Been working on some Sassy Cheryl images and a cute little snowman stamp that I was dying to use.

I have gotten lots of new craft "toys" over the holidays so I am ready to play with all of them.

Love all my new punches, paper and stamps. Of course I have a bazillion pictures to scrap so...I am going to be busy for a while.

Thanks for stopping by and come see me soon. I will be in my scrap room!

Happy Monday!

Hey all...Happy Monday. We are having a snow day today! That always makes me smile since I am from the north and our snow days are so much different from the "southern" snow days. I do realize though...y'all just don't know what to do with the white stuff.
I did have a little time yesterday to craft. Wanted to get some samples made for my Stamp Club. We are meeting today and it was fun to get out the red and cream for some Valentine goodies. I used paper from Stampin Up...Love Letter. Such a cute pack of paper. Stamps I used were mostly from Got Treats and I (heart) Hearts.
Enjoy!

I used the top note die to make this card. Paper is from Love Letters. Added a little card on the front to open up and stamped the "Got Love">

A little bag topper made from the Top Note Die...

I found these little boxes at AC Moore around the holidays. Of course I didn't have time to do anything with them with all the craziness of the season, but I sure to do love them. They are only about 2 inches square...and just big enough to hold a couple of pieces of candy. I think they would be such a cute place setting favor for a get together.

Before Christmas I made a ton of little 3 by 3 inch note cards and I have to say that I used every one of them. They sure came in handy to tuck into little gifts. I have decided I need to do the same for all the upcoming spring holidays. The great thing is you can use up lots of scraps.
Thanks all for stopping by...have a blessed day!

I'm Back...finally! Doing the blue challange...

This image from Sassy Cheryl is called Nature Lover Boy...OMG I love this little guy. He really reminds me of my Grandson Deegan. He loves all those critters.

Pick a card is another image from Sassy Cheryl. So sweet and such a fun image to use for Valentines day. Thank you Cheryl for sharing all your talent.

Another Nature boy...so fun to color.

So sorry...I have been such a slacker...but I do have very good excuses. Lets see, it has been forever since I have been on here, so I really kind of forget how to do it all.

I hope every ones holidays were as wonderful as ours were. It was a great time with family and friends for the whole month of December. Such fun memories and a whole lot of scrapping to catch up. I have a bazillion pictures and each one is cuter than the next. When you have beautiful grand babies, it is hard to take bad pictures.
We spent a week in FL with my mother-in-law and 2 of the grandchildren...a very hectic day at Disney...and now a week of company with my favorite Sister-in-law / Mom. She is the one who raised me...so you all can blame her if you have any issues with me!

Anyway...I did venture back up to the scrap room today and made a couple of cards. A little slow and rusty...I think it will come back to me.

I colored two of Sassy Cheryl's images and wanted to post them to the "blue challenge". Not sure they are blue enough...but it was the best I could do for now.

Love the images...so what ever color you do them in they are sure fun.

Enjoy and thanks for being patient and come back soon!
Happy New Year and may it be a year of crafting!

Blessings,

Betty
